Weather/Cancellation Policy:

Payment in full is due at the time of booking for all Colorado based BMI courses/trips. A full refund will be issued if cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled course/trip. If you wish to reschedule a trip we require 7 days notice. From the time of the re-scheduling notice you have one calendar year to re-book your prepaid BMI course/trip.

We operate rain, shine, sleet or snow. All BMI activities are outdoor based, and we have areas where we can operate regardless of the conditions.
